About Us

Amy Perrigo has always enjoyed baking. After moving here from upstate New York, she began baking in her home. She supplied many coffee shops in Jacksonville, Carteret County and Camp Lejeune with fresh baked goods. In 2007 she outgrew her home kitchen and opened The White Oak Bakery.
With the help of her staff she has won Best Dessert four times at the Jacksonville, Onslow Chamber of Commerce, Business Expo and in 2010, They were voted Peoples Choice.
